Ho hum...

Haven't posted here for a while because I didn't know what to say. Have been feeling a bit down about life here over the past couple of months. Feeling very isolated and alone almost every day. I'm sure the weather hasn't helped, but I can't help feel that no one here really wants to socialise with me (except for one friend and my mum). 

I think my problem is that I had expectations before I arrived. It's been really hard and I'm thankful that I've got David to talk to and get support from. 

I said I would write the ups and down on here, so there it is.
